Do you go running every day? Do you run same distance every time?

I try to take up running and any advice would be helpful. 2 days ago I did 3.5k and my BPM went through the roof despite running at 7 min/km average pace.

I had ACL surgery 2.5 years ago and my form is still awful.

On a serious note, has this season given you any takeaways about how you'll approach model application or other aspects of your game?

Finished with a nice green arrow up to 39k.

Without the Rogers to Semenyo move, I would have ended up outside the top 50k.

Have a good break, and let's see what changes Mark comes up with next season.

That was some season.

Horrible start, but managed to turn it around by being patient.

No hits all season. Ability to roll 5ft made that possible.

Climb from 596k to 59k after WC30.

Some luck and I may finish in top 50k.

Final ft may be Semenyo/Kluivert or Kudus.

Was going to roll, but Ange's comments on heavy rotation made me move for Watkins. Will probably need to skip Saka in GW38, as no route without hit.

Made some progress climbing from 1.2m in GW25 to 282k now.

Yeah, FH36 is tempting. For me more complicated, as I have AM to play. So would mean AM33-35, and FH36. But I would need to commit to that without knowing GW36 fixtures.

BRE/NFO are very unlikely to double in GW33, as NFO has game on Monday, so probably we can exclude them from our WC planning. I am also on WC30, however my plan is to AM31-33.

I decided to prioritise AM no matter what, and given I have some accumulated ft I think I will be fine in DGW33. Just nowhere to play BB, but it is shitty chip anyway.

I pushed the button. My plan is to AM in GW31-33. Money is tight as Howe is 1.5.

FH and BB still available. FH may be used in GW34 if needed. BB whenever opportunity comes up.

GW29. Will do Salah + Stewart -> Elanga + Haaland and roll other 2 ft.

WC GW30. Will fully prepare for DGW32. We will already know postponed fixtures so that will also allow to get future DGW players, even if not all land in GW33.

In GW33 I will have 5 ft to get DGW players.

I sold Mbeumo in GW15, after he had a total of 1 shot and a total of 0.76 xGI in his previous 5 games. I see you did the same in GW14. We have been unlucky with the outcome.

Exactly. I may want to FH in GW25. No clarity about DGW25 is the main reason I will not be using AM on Moyes. Another reason it is Everton, which can easily loose to Leicester.

"AM is so powerful" narrative seems overstated. You are losing a ft and a LIV slot of a in form player. AM can be powerful later in the season as well.

Glad I locked in early so I dont have to be part of all chaos 😉

My plans are unchanged. Would need to free up funds to play AM. We don't know GW25 fixtures so that complicates transfers. Probably will try to maximise GW25 by bringing DGW players and will use AM when I am better prepared.
