Yeah heโ€™s had some stick the poor lad so was good to see him net that final penalty. He did well when he came on too. Just good to see them all digging in to grind the result out. That week of training has paid off as they ran themselves into the ground.

Ref was dreadful. Not a penalty. Blatant foul on Bruno by Jesus. Canโ€™t complain about Dalot red card as he was silly. But we looked so confident on the penalties which was good to see and happy for Byandir as he had a good game overall.

Thank you very much! Iโ€™m waiting to start meds myself as I originally opted against starting them. Cold water plunging is my thing and that helps me a lot.

Iโ€™ve been doing it since July last year. Iโ€™ve found it help with my overall anxiety and mood, as well as my sleep too. Donโ€™t bloody enjoy it at the time and takes discipline to get in but once Iโ€™m in and get out itโ€™s definitely worth it!

Yes Iโ€™m waiting to start meds. I naively didnโ€™t accept them once I got diagnosed so Iโ€™m at the back of the waiting list again with Psychiatry UK.

Working in tech as an ADHDer is a huge advantage. I can be certain that I am 142 steps in front of you because I have already thought about every possible outcome from the levels of anxiety I go through daily.

This will always be the hardest thing I DO on any given day. Plunging myself into cold water (8ยฐc) is the perfect way to start my day.

As an ADHD itโ€™s effective as any drug they can prescribe you and in the winter you gain both the benefits of the cold water and the resilience to manage life.

I am clumsy. Itโ€™s in my nature as an ADHDer!

- Smacked my head on the fridge in the kitchen
- Slipped over in a car park
- Nearly lost an eye
- I dropped my iPhone 4x
- I bashed my head on my boot (trunk) door
- Peeling potatoes and my thumb at the same time ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

The biggest lesson Iโ€™ve learnt from cold plunging to aide my ADHD is that itโ€™s the hardest thing Iโ€™ll do that day.

No matter what sh*t is thrown my way. Plunging into freezing cold water will be the hardest thing Iโ€™ll do. So if I can do thatโ€ฆ

Five things I do to help make my ADHD manageable.

1. I take a cold plunge/shower 4-5 times a week
2. I focus on eating lean meats and protein focussed diet
3. I walk 30 minutes daily
4. Set boundaries with family to prevent burnout
5. I finish work daily strictly at 5pm (+work phone off)
