honestly they're such an underrated dynamic I truly believe Sanji doesn't know how to act around Jinbe sometimes cause he's always like a hissing cat with a lot of men but Jinbe is just a genuinely nice guy 😭😭

anyways tldr Sanji connected with Robin in a very heart wrenching way when finding out she was being blackmailed for her past (gosh I wonder why) so watching ppl turn that into "he just likes women" is ANNOYIIIIING!!! 👅👅👅👅

(in saying this he didn't rlly 'sit back' for Usopp, we saw he was protective of Usopp on the train in W7. He also was gen trying to figure out if what Robin was doing is what she really wanted before deciding to go all in. He's not mindless in helping people, not even ladies)

If Nami did what Usopp did in W7 there's no real saying what he'd do, but he literally tells Chopper excessive kindness is just pity. If Nami were to stand on her shit like Usopp did he'd no doubt sit back and help from afar like he did with Usopp. He just loves his crew!

the moment before getting on the train in W7 we see him wanting to help Usopp even though he knows he technically shouldn't, and he even had a convo with Robin where he KNEW she was lying and figured she was being blackmailed. Like woah gosh it's almost like...he loves his crew!

the most annoying mischaracterisation Sanji gets is doing things for Robin/Nami cause he wants smthn.
Like helping Robin in W7 just cause 'she's a woman 🤪' ? as if he hasn't risked his life to that extent for other crewmates before and doesn't just genuinely love his whole crew?
