No real Marine would comply with these orders. An unlawful order is still unlawful even if it’s coming from a commander. Everyone will have to answer for their own actions.

I might add that, under the Uniform Code of Military Justice service members _are required_ to disobey an unlawful order.

Know what is Constitutional -- know where the line is.

"I just did what I was told" _will not help you_ if you obey, and carry out, an unlawful order.

ALL Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve Personnel Know.

Military members are required to obey only Lawful Orders.

An Order that is clearly Unlawful not only can be disobeyed-it must be disobeyed.
