At the very least Vegeta was basically equal with him, which would still be impressive considering Goku had a big lead on Vegeta post Namek that Vegeta had to catch up on

You know what's funny? The first time in DB that Vegeta and Goku were directly competing with training (The 3 years leading up to the Androids) Vegeta actually caught up and surpassed Goku, which kinda makes it surprising that for the rest of the series Gokus training becomes way better lol

Like the series really made Saibamen a Demon realm thing so apparently the saiyans were using demons as cannon fodder but their great ape form and Ssj4 haven't got a Demon realm connection at all

It's really, really funny how easy it would have been for DB Daima to make Ssj4 the result of some kinda Demon realm magic and instead what they went with is "Goku actually had it in him the whole time and was training to get it anyway and just needed to dig deep to use it" lol

Next Absolute Batman issue is gonna be nuts because its the final one of the current arc and Batman has straight up called out Bane for a 1v1 and I've got no idea what insane shit he's gonna have to do to beat this version of him but he'll have to do it lol

Yeah the main plot of the game is that there's these dimensional gates where Kaiju they've already faced are coming through so they killed an alternate dimension Kaiju No. 2 and made a new version of Isaos power suit for Kikoru to use

So the Kaiju no 8 game isn't just adding game original characters but its also giving preexisting characters loadouts they never used in the main series, that's pretty cool

Got an ad earlier for "Pirate Mercenaries" and it was literally all just One Piece characters called different names, anime gets ripped off on the app store all the time

Crazy how you can check the app store and find tons of games called some shit like "Shinobi Champions" and its all just straight up Naruto characters and assets ripped from other things for some totally unofficial shovelware crap lol

It makes sense, OJ2 was only like a year or 2 after the first and there wasn't much change but this has been cooking for like 5 years

THE DAY HAS COME

Like literally the villains are so deep rooted as the ones in power in this universe that they've created an organisation they've branded as the Justice League themselves while calling people like Wonder Woman and Batman their "Doom" so its all pretty interesting

So far the most interesting twist with the DC Absolute Universe is the reveal that the villains have formed the Justice League and the implication that the Heroes are going to be known as the Legion of Doom when they come together

Still looking forward to seeing if the dub for MHAs final season does revisionism of the "Deku sounds like you can do it" line that they changed way back in season 1 or if they'll come up with something different lol
