(Comment me gonfler: venir m'expliquer la publication scientifique, le financement des recherches scientifiques, la langue dans laquelle on doit rédiger des thèses ou des rapports, alors qu'on ignore tout du domaine et qu'au mieux on en a entendu parler à la TV.)

D’expérience passée (en 22), les sections (et donc les collègues) n’y sont pour rien. C’est la DGRH qui, sur la base de cette règle (ridicule mais publique) déclare des dossiers irrecevables avant qu’ils ne soient transmis aux sections qui n’ont ensuite aucun moyen de les récupérer

encore un délire du CNU: un dossier de qualification a été jugé non recevable car le rapport de soutenance de thèse contenait des paragraphes en anglais (i.e. non traduits). Les mêmes qui se permettent de porter un jugement sur l'internationalisation des collègues (promo par ex)

Le rejet des dossiers est systématique depuis 2 ou 3 ans. Les traductions sur l'honneur sont autorisées mais obligatoires ! On se fait facilement piéger : qui imaginerait qu'un rapport de soutenance en anglais permet de valider un diplôme mais n'est pas recevable pour la qualif. ?
