I was really impressed by Callender. Shot stopping was good, although he didn't face too many big tests, but I really like the way he controlled the box. Some nicely timed steps off his line today.

Triantis looked quite good technically, he had a few absolutely perfect first touches taking the ball out of the air and keeping his momentum going. But the decision making wasn't the best. Way too much dribbling in around in #MNUFC 's own half.

Really happy Yeboah got another goal. He played really well everywhere else on the field. It was a great poacher's goal too!

Loons did a good job of keeping FCC out of transition offense. I think that was key to beating this Evander-less Cincinnati team.

Great win for #MNUFC today! Had some good, if not always dangerous, stints of possession. Especially in added time they held the ball for 5 minutes to help kill off the game. Huge improvement over last year.

Padelford did look good. I think part of his problem was that he really isn't a wing back. I always felt he looked fine as a full back under Heath.

This is what has me feeling nervous about #MNUFC defensively. Last season anytime we played a back 4 we looked very vulnerable. I'm hoping the defensive formation is more phase of play dependent than just a straight up flat 4.

ASA goals added (g+) radar for Triantis. +0.08 overall with the biggest contributor being interrupting at +0.06

This is the first time I've seen Triantis' g+ radar. I'm not sure you could ask much more from a 6/8 (maybe better passing).
