It seems many carnivorous theropods had a habit of using their premaxillary/mesial dentition to bite and crush bone. This is based on spalled surfaces in the mesial teeth of Sinraptor and all large Morrison theropods+Majungasaurus tooth marks in Rapetosaurus bones. #FossilFriday
