ive not seen one in YEARS the nhs is actively crumbling with mental health services taking the brunt of it here- and the news is all about the fact medical staff are taking sick days for their mental health, rather than campaigning for more accommodations and funding to keep medical staff healthy

after my 2020 breakdown the comments on my appearance started to get to me a L O T because the last thing i wanted was to be perceivable
i need to get back to makeup because yes im fat and weird and im wearing weird makeup but like

like having an older woman say 'i wish i could do that' and saying 'you can!' about makeup /bright hair and them walking away with renewed confidence??
