In Bell, CA an entire community stood up against ICE, including the local police and the fire dept. The fire truck appears to not allow ICE vehicles to move forward nor remain and pushes forward to escort them out. A police car also helped with escorting. /

Frolic goes up this weekend! Frolic is a collaboration between myself and the women in my home Town of Gillams. We held a series of conversations last summer and since then I’ve done a series of interviews one on one with women and girls in town. The results of this will be installed in the museum.

I do wonder what it costs financially to have an army occupying Los Angeles and why I keep being told the government doesn't have enough money to pay for public schools to buy supplies for their teachers

A Giant Vulva Is Walking the Streets of Europe Dressed in flowing pink robes, artist and activist Dee Mulrooney — or “Growler” — is urging the British Museum to return a Síle na Giġ statue back to Ireland.

On International Women’s Day, an 82-year-old alchemical vulva boarded the London Tube to protest in front of parliament. Her name is Growler, and she is portrayed by Irish artist-activist Dee Mulrooney wearing flowing red and pink robes and hoods.
