That colectomy surgery was a great blessing. I have an appetite, no nausea or stomach pain, tons of energy - I’m just overall feeling ten times better than I’ve ever felt in my childhood. For a person with a laundry list of chronic conditions and daily pain, I’m thankful.

Started watching this miniseries called The Panthers about the Polynesian Panthers in New Zealand (they were inspired by the Black Panthes in the US). It's so good! Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi (from the new Predator movie) is the star.
