This new detention center in Maryland currently has an allocated 800 gallons of water. It also only has 4 toilets and a water fountain. I'm willing to bet the only repurposing that's done will be cells for detainees. I hope to God they prove me wrong.

ICE bought a facility in Hagerstown, MD.
They will repurpose it to house 1500 detainees. That would require 209,000 gallons of water a day. They paid 102.4 mil in CASH for the building. No one in Washington County, where it's housed, can supply that much water. Keep an ear open for this.
