Is it dangerous for trans? Yeah, same as it is for anyone who takes it. The difference is that I couldn't get a doctor to prescribe HRT for a 9 year old trans kid, the very best I could argue for would be puberty blockers. By the time a trans person is old enough to get it, the risk is the same

Is trans HRT dangerous? I can't speak to T but estrogen and progesterone have been known stroke and death risks for years and nobody gives a shit that we hand it out to little girls as young as 9 to stop them from menstruating or getting acne.

Argument yesterday re: trans HRT being 'dangerous'.

Birth control in all forms but the strictly copper IUD are hormones and we give them to women as young as 9. All forms of hormonal birth control come with a possible side effect of 'death'. Read the literature in them if you don't believe me.
