Like?? I'm sorry but this is completely unacceptable. They're already designed! You literally just have to transfer them to me!! It takes two seconds trust me I've done it many times before!! You're actively selling and transferring other designs while ignoring me!!

If you're going to sell a PREMADE design, and haven't sent me the fucking file(s) after almost a month (and just ignore me whenever I try and contact you) I'm not gonna be pleased. I've never filed a chargeback before but I fucking will here soon if I have to. It's not that hard to just send them.
