This letter made me cry when I received it along with my certificate and it’s making me cry even harder now.
I stand with every single resident of Minnesota who is fighting back against this cruel and inhumane administration and their devastating policies.

I am extremely proud to be a citizen and I’m unbelievably grateful that I became one during the Biden administration. I cannot imagine what the letter says now, if there even is one.

The near daily barrage of deadly mass shootings in America feels like low level warfare against normal citizens who just want to live in peace. And because people keep electing Republicans who won’t do anything about it there’s no solution in sight.
