There was like 70% evil even in the protagonists Gene Hackman played and yet he was so charismatic you would still find yourself pulling for him. Just so deliciously watchable in everything he did.

I know that the music in The White Lotus s3 isn’t being made with plastic straws in takeout cups, but it does sound that way and I do love it

Wow. So rarely do I feel the need to rewatch something again directly after a first viewing — this last episode of Severance fits the bill. No spoilers, but I’ll simply say: Team Irv now, Team Irv forever

Presence, much like A Ghost Story or I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House, was done a disservice being pinned as “horror.” Absolutely loved it — the ending left me speechless; but I worry that people will only focus on how little fear they felt instead of trying to feel anything else

I’ll never forget Bella waking up in the middle of the night, and he’s just… in her room? Watching her sleep?! The books and the movies really go out of their way to teach the lesson that boundaries are simply unimportant impositions standing in the way of finding your one true love lol
