Finisher's medal from a 10k run in Regent's Park, held on 4 October 2025. It's hanging from a low metal fence with autumn leaves on the ground in the background. The medal is a wooden square and depicts a giraffe.

Regent's Park 10k this morning, brilliantly organised by Mornington Chasers. A crisp, clear morning. A bit of cross wind but otherwise near perfect conditions. 40 seconds faster than a month ago at 40:49 but nowhere near the heights of 2023 and '24. Still, great fun 😎
