Raleigh is the oldest global #cycling brand and it repeatedly revolutionized the #biking industry with wonderful models that evolved with time.
It became the largest manufacturer of 3-speed utility roadster #bicycles around the globe in 1903 with the Sturmey-Archer hub making it considered the best.
As used by Major Taylor, and became Massey Harris Ferguson (tractors etc) in 1953.

In July 1951, "Steel Grandpa" Gustaf Hรฅkansson, 66, unofficially rode the Sverigeloppet, a 1000-mile race through Sweden. By not sleeping he arrived a day before the other riders, crossing the finish line on a flat tire.
