Q: for traditional art what medium do you like most?
A: pencil, sometimes whatever pen i can grab. i don’t do trad art often nowadays whenever i do draw trad its just doodles in a notebook. was a BIG fan of copic markers and micron pens though back in the day

Q: for digital art what programs do you use?
A: procreate ml ❤️ def worth the price. i’ve been eyeing clip studio for a bit but its got way too much in its default layout and im not a fan of that

Q: do you like to draw in silence or with music?
A: i got bad adhd i cannot draw in silence. i don’t usually use music though 99% of the time its tiktok or youtube going in the background. those reddit tts stories save me

Q: do you feel jealous when you see other people’s art, or inspired?
A: i get jealous when its someone like 5 years younger than me with a better grasp on anatomy and colors than i have but most of the time its inspiration! like I gotta hit that point in my art I want to create that too

Q: are you confident you are improving steadily?
A: ehhh kinda? i know i AM albeit slowly bc i can see the difference in my art now vs last year but im hitting the wall tbh. really slowly

Q: do you like to challenge yourself?
A: if i’m up for it yeah! i like seeing the extent of my abilities :) plus sometimes i learn something in the process which is always cool. most of the time tho i dont care about challenging myself 😭

Q: what’s the easiest thing for you to draw?
A: hair <3 faces in general are pretty okay altho sometimes same face syndrome tries to Get me. shirts are fun to draw for me too tbh

Q: what is most difficult for you to draw?
A: wrists im ngl. and the end of sleeves for some reason. shoes are usually okay but sometimes its a fight

Q: what are you currently trying to improve on?
A: perspective & interesting poses… i’m kinda sick of drawing Guy Stands There. if i AM going to draw Guy Stands There then i’m gonna at least try to make interesting dialogue or a comic out of it (unless its a shitpost then idc that much)

Q: do you draw more today than you did in the past, or do you draw less?
A: when i was 14-16 i was filling out entire sketchbook pages within an hour and drawing at LEAST 3-4 full pieces daily i’m definitely drawing much less 😭 no idea how i didn’t burn myself out entirely

Q: how long does an average piece take you to complete?
A: usually ~3-4 hours if im doing the whole shebang (lining/rendering/etc). 5-6 hours on an off day

Q: show a wip/sketch/something that never saw the light of day
A: i really liked the concept i had for this but i lost steam midway through :/ maybe ill come back to it

Q: do you ever collaborate with others?
A: YES! i love collabing with people :) i dont offer often myself but if others offer i jump at the chance

Q: do you prefer to keep your art personal or do you like drawing things for other people?
A: i LOVE drawing things for other people especially unexpected it makes me happy :) ill do personal work every once in a while but usually its for others

Q: are you confident about your art?
A: yeah! theres obv points i could improve on but otherwise pretty solid. i like it im not gonna tear my own work apart
