This is easy, IMO, if all 3 elements (4, incl. rest) are broken up over 24 hrs. Four 4 hr sessions: 1 mile run 1st 15 min, followed by 2 beers/2 tacos over 45 min, then 0.5 mile run in 10 min, w/ 2 beers/2 tacos over 50 min, next 3 hrs. 1 hr rest b/w sessions 1/2 & 3/4, 6 hrs sleep b/w sessions 2/3.
