They are stalling for Clarito Inc. to end this effort by the judge to stymie TACO 45. Provocation is part of the deal.

When fully implemented, these tariffs will have about the same effect as NAFTA 2.0: dubious, minor benefits for a lot of goodwill built over decades with allies. Manufacturing won’t return in any meaningful way, but the exemptions to gold-brick-bearing corporations will get the smaller guys extinct.
