I like to think that once everything is said and done in Inazuma, sara only runs the military force out of wanting to make Inazuma better and keep the military in check post civil war. You can’t tell me afterwards that she would willingly follow her old ways of blindly obeying orders.

Okay but let me rant: if hoyo has the balls to give kujou sara more agency rather than just taking a beating from raiden, she would absolutely betray her god.
