honestly good. businesses should be sticking up for their employees when needing to instead of throwing them under the bus completely (but also people shouldn't be harassing employees for their own personal views)

no 7.3 ultimate for FFXIV,

while i appreciate a break until 7.4, i think it would had been a real good time to introduce beastmaster, and a new Criterion/Criterion (savage) dungeon. would be interesting to see the harder Deep dungeon trial when able.

NIN cleave is even better, SAM has stronger single target and some cleave tools, DNC got a cleave buff in their dances, but a nerf to other AoE dropoff's. BLM is just tragic tbh despite it being a small buff (ain't worth it destroying all the job identity and complexity)

MCH got nothing which is kinda tragic tbh, PCT nerfs mainly affects its downtime tools while also bumping up its full uptime GCD's to compensate. a net gain in full uptime, a nerf to burst and downtime and in ulti's. BRD just evens out cleave potency.

basically, GNB changes makes it the highest DPS tank, DRK stays where it is, PLD is unchanged in full uptime, a nerf to 2 target (circle is now potency neutral), WAR is buffed to be more competitive with PLD for DPS.

yet it's meant to be a mix of Stiner and Beatrix's gear from FFIX. (also i didn't realise the similarities until you just pointed it out)

I find the gear kind of meh, least we get a funny Gunblade from the crafted gear reusing the level 85 dungeon weapons. like specific parts though, but not the whole sets. Raid weapons are defs a sort of vibe i do like though.

only one that is useful of the lot is the paladin, Midia, and that is bc she can be used to recruit a super solid unit (Astram) later on in Shadow dragon, but the rest of them aren't really good units anyways and will likely just end up on the bench.
plus mounted units are always good in outdoors.

imma be honest,
as much as i would likely pick up BLM somewhat seriously bc of the upcoming changes making it my sort of ideal caster,
what we have seen of the changes is bad. we're going to get another 6.0 SMN situation, and it also destroys BLM's core identity of big casts for big damage

i get to look like a tin can if i go all tome glam for raid next tier :)

so... I'd argue the only class in need of major buffs atm would actually be MCH.

class needs major buffs to its individual DPS to make up for the fact that it doesn't give out any buffs unlike BRD or DNC.
