its a win and a loss. its a nerf to potencies, but however you are always doing your 2 mins ever NM window. but also... you kinda don't have to prep for burst now and you are back to using 3 carts in burst.

Started playing on Odin. then moved to Tonberry because it was the unofficial OCE server. and played there up until OCE opened up, and then I moved to Ravana to continue raiding with a static I was in at the time. I have stayed on Ravana ever since.

so, I've been playing WoW a bunch lately, and kinda made me think; if all FFXIV playable races are theroetically in WoW and would they either be Alliance, Horde, or Neutral. and out of the classes in WoW which ones each race would have access to. just unsure if i should pointlessly theorise on it.

It's been done. I say goodbye to the name in game that I've had since I've started playing FFXIV in 2017-2018

While it has been a name that I have used for many years in FF. Adrian is my actual irl first name and i used it in FF at the time bc i was lazy. It also doesnt exactly fit on a female Viera...
I feel that it is now time to create a better seperation between my IGN and my real name.

so... am building on it so it may take some time, but I'm planning to finally have my FFXIV main to abandon its current first name. I havent figured out to what exatly, but just know that "Adrian" will be something else in the near future.

i am extremely excited with the glam update coming. just having more options and being able to use some impossible glams I've had theroised iver the years is huge.

honestly good. businesses should be sticking up for their employees when needing to instead of throwing them under the bus completely (but also people shouldn't be harassing employees for their own personal views)

guy was abhorrent and caused so much division so i see it as his decisive views catching up to him, ironically he ended up becoming another statistic to something that has been a boiling pot of issues for decades over there that conservatives over there kept protecting.

no 7.3 ultimate for FFXIV,

while i appreciate a break until 7.4, i think it would had been a real good time to introduce beastmaster, and a new Criterion/Criterion (savage) dungeon. would be interesting to see the harder Deep dungeon trial when able.

also my bsky timeline is full of FFXIV nsfw stuff and I'll likely want to change that, so I'll be going though and sorting stuff out

NIN cleave is even better, SAM has stronger single target and some cleave tools, DNC got a cleave buff in their dances, but a nerf to other AoE dropoff's. BLM is just tragic tbh despite it being a small buff (ain't worth it destroying all the job identity and complexity)

MCH got nothing which is kinda tragic tbh, PCT nerfs mainly affects its downtime tools while also bumping up its full uptime GCD's to compensate. a net gain in full uptime, a nerf to burst and downtime and in ulti's. BRD just evens out cleave potency.

basically, GNB changes makes it the highest DPS tank, DRK stays where it is, PLD is unchanged in full uptime, a nerf to 2 target (circle is now potency neutral), WAR is buffed to be more competitive with PLD for DPS.
