no way we got FaZe disbanding before GTA6

I'm more and more convinced that EPIC has given its entire development workload to AI.

There are issues across everything EGS and based on public communications they have no idea why.

No way have they messed up everything this badly in less than 2 weeks.

this may well be the biggest misfire in gaming history.. throwing away good will like it's worthless to them for absolutely no gain.

not even mentioning that developers and the art team are getting weirdly defensive over what are, in many cases, very reasonable criticisms..

and even those who aren't are basically admitting how bad things are..

EPIC really went from the most widely loved season of Fortnite in years with Ch6 MS2 to a buggy mess which removes more than it adds all whilst implementing Generative AI "art" for both the new map and some cosmetics..

I have a Game Pass subscription, so technically I'll continue to pay for Crew, but beyond that I won't be purchasing any packs or v-bucks

it has been confirmed by one of EPIC's "artists" that they are actively using Generative AI tools in the creation of some cosmetics and in-game assets.

I'm nolonger going to support EPIC financially.

I'd never say I'll stop playing Fortnite, but if Tim Sweeney gets his way and starts openly using AI in development I won't be supporting the game financially anymore..

I've never listened to a BLACKPINK song, nor anything from the individual members, but realistically anything is better than the generic headliner-less season we just had..
