Swineham 2 Rivers Walk: A White tailed Eagle scattered everything from Stilt / Curlews Pools, but there in the Lower Piddle flood fields were 2 Red Kites, a Ruff, 2 Green Sandpipers,

I don't think this Marsh Harrier at Lytchett Fields RSPB spotted me, so it came a bit closer to the viewpoint than usual. The light helped too!

With the turning back of the clocks, a Rook parliamentary sub-committee declared an hour of acorn-bashing at the Old Oak.
Some of of the work was subcontracted to Jackdaws.
Many acorns are bashed on the spot, while others are taken away for caching in some far flung field.
