I tried it once and after that I made sure I always have a small deli container full of it on hand at all times. Texture contrast is so nice!

If I saw one of those in my house I'd either burn it down or just let them have it.

This is really similar to what I do, I usually throw some honey and lime in there and top it with fried panko. ^_^

I love using it instead of tomato paste for a spin on vodka cream sauce.

I hear that. Southern NV can be a lot like that. One frost kills your garden, then its back to 85 degree highs for a while 🤷‍♂️

I also do it with carrot, parsnip, whatever really. Remove the lemon juice and use cauliflower and it's essentially a mashed potato substitute.

It's super simple to make! I throw in a bit of hot water and butter to a pot and steam the florets for longer than you'd normally steam broccoli. Throw it in a blender with garlic powder & lemon juice, salt to taste and use more butter/hot water to thin it out to your liking. Done!
