Especially in season 1.

It's set in Saskatchewan, but I think it really accurately captures the vibe of a small, rural canadian town. Like you take an episode and switch the setting to Newfoundland, and it still be on point.

Bauline East's wharf points out to the ocean. As the wharf stretches across the water it gradually gets overtaken by the fog. The wharf is pointing to an island that is barely recognizeable due to how obscured the view is. This was taken back in June 2024.
