Outside at the NC DMV in Wendell since 7:15am, for my daughter's Level 1 permit. Walk-in, because appointments aren't available until April or May. An employee came out and told us their link to the SSA is down so they can't process anything, and the lobby is at capacity, so we'll wait and see π€π€π€
