I’ve had this feeling before and it didn’t last but I become more free each time. But for now I’m going to enjoy the feeling and am glad I have this picture to represent it.

Occasionally over the last year I take a picture and I feel truly fully freely myself. The integration aspect of therapy means that all I’ve worked on a is slowly settling in me and yesterday I felt something click and I felt the most me, a new me, a strong free me. It’s an incredible feeling 🥹
