Social anxiety can make a cosplay event tough! I am neurodivergent, so at the end of a convention day I feel overwhelmed and overstimulated - drained. I will withdraw, or become quiet, which makes me feel like I'm missing out on new friendships.

Can anyone else relate and how do you cope?
