I’ve used @todoist.com for years and love #GTD, but the 20-section limit per project is a constraint. It makes inbox processing harder unless each project is a section.

Possibly a step towards better eco-anaesthesia, but recognise this is unclear and debated. I'm more convinced that removing desflurane will not be a step backwards (i.e. non-inferior) given access to remifentanil TCI when indicated.

I've found a combination of deep work principles (of Cal Newport fame), Podomoro technique and Focus Modes have really turned things upside down to get quality up in less time. Would be interested to hear of other's success with these ideas! #productivity #AcademicSky

This case is the routine step of a patient reviewing a case report prior to submission to a medical journal - just trying to streamline it and make it easier for those involved.
