Insomnia being one of the reasons my OSDD was missed for so many years pisses me off because it makes so much sense

Like no one would guess OSDD based of inability to sleep, no interest in sleep, feeling like I don’t need sleep, feeling that there is better things to do with my time

My dietitian is worried about me becoming reliant on a liquid diet and ya know if allergy friendly food didn’t taste and have the texture of a meal you’d only be severed in the depths of hell maybe this wouldn’t be an issue

Just a thought don’t ask someone who is chronically ill and suffers from chronic pain to do a task that requires three other to be done before the one you asked them to do

Especially if those tasks take a mountain of physical (and emotional/mental) labor and it’s the only day they get to rest

Someone needs to remind the person who ran our 9 am group that this is treatment NOT school

We are grown ass adults and this is a voluntary program. You do not need to treat us like children who didn’t do their assignment just because we didn’t do something we have never been required to do
