"Judgment calls" after saying "kill them all" is crazy work.

The point of going through an asylum claim is to determine whether someone is allowed to stay in the country or not. Deporting them with a pending claim is illegal. And so is snatching them when they walk out of court after appearing for hearings they're required to attend to further their claim.
