I know one method I've seen in comics is to redact or make the deadname an awful scribble/static, generally because the artist is trying to not out their own. But you could try making it a sensory trigger thing, selectively hearing something else in lieu of the name as a mental block.

Man...I really wanted to like this game more, but it's just...fine? I loved discovering the hidden lore after getting the translation guide, but it was way too easy to get super early in. Fun puzzle dungeons, annoying mini-games, cute characters, janky progression.

It's...okay.

Figured out why I suddenly started getting hot flashes and passing out from sweating so much, it's starting to return to 80 weather and apparently I'm so heat sensitive that since the AC isn't triggering to keep it under 75 I'm essentially dying every day now.

I recently watched a film about drag queens in Athens called Avant-Drag, one of them was an artist called Veronique Tromokratisch. On her part of it, she talks about how she doesn't contour her makeup like other queens she knows because humans are supposed to be messy and dirty, flawed and imperfect

Yeah I understand that, a lot of my spirals/slumps end up with me just sleeping for half the day, at worst 2 or 3 days in a row.

I'd say that it makes you really feel that fragility Yi has after the opening cutscene, but once you learn to get better at the parry/talisman system you understand the true flow of the game. It felt so good when it became second nature in boss fights.

Classic example of "Very cool" but also "It should not be up to them" Companies (including CAH) raised their prices, intentionally passing the cost onto consumers. They should be ineligible for a refund, they already covered those expenses. The American people deserve our goddamn fucking money back.
