Photo is an art piece. Two hands, sketched in black and white ink, hold a three-dimensional, pink flower sculpted of hand-painted crepe paper. Upon closer look, the hands have broken red nails, callouses, and cuts. The frame is charred at the bottom with holes mimicking decay.

This piece will be part of the show Exploring Women's Identities Through Diverse Media: Unseen Labor as Art and Resistance at Agitator Gallery, running 1/25 to 2/7. Please come to the opening on 1/25, 6 pm to 9 pm, or a meet the artists event on 2/1, 6 pm to 9 pm.
