I decided to speedrun Welcome to Dolltown and beat the game in under 30 minutes.
The whole game has 3 mandatory fights where none of them let you do the wrestling moves. 2 are entirely missable.
There is 10 minutes of real gameplay with about 20 minutes of mashing dialogue.

Even discounting any AI assets this was rough. I beat the game twice hoping I just missed something and it was the same thing but worse. It was 100% marketing hype with 0 substance

Welcome to Doll Town is the most disappointing game I've ever played. Anyone who has purchased this game is actively being robbed and it's genuine false advertising.

Wicked Seed speedrunning has begun and this is a nice start to the route. The game might get broken up more or things might change but we are looking at a nice time and what is apparently the current World Record as of today.

It was a damn fine game

It's a banging Parasite Eve clone with gooning outfits. The games default outfits are mostly tame

Wicked Seed is actually a pretty damn good RPG Horror speedrun and we beat the whole game in under 2 hours. We can definitely do it faster too.

This all is pointless however because apparently in development they ran out of time. No final boss encounter despite one spawning in, no heroic sacrifice leading to the end. It literally just stops. An unsatisfying "That's it?"

An originally cheesy story had me extremely invested in the fates of Karne, Matlock, and Kenzo. It was wild how seamless the game played with the 3 of them and the story drips kept me wanting to learn more and more about their fates and the build up to the very end.

People hate this game because of some of the moon logic but the puzzles were some of the most fun I've ever had in the genre and while some were obtuse to the degree I had to straight up look up what to do it was rewarding to chain together the objectives when it all clicked.

Martian Gothic Unification had the potential to be one of the coolest Resident Evil clones on the PS1 but good lord I didn't expect the ending to literally drop off and just be a let down. 21 Hours into a game to basically get "The End" as the reward

Code Violet may have been a questionable release to start off 2026 but it's a surprisingly amazing speedrun as we abuse a dodge glitch to zoom around the map allowing us to beat the game in under an hour.

We have officially became a Duke Nukem Speedrunner and I got a pretty good time for our first day of running this meme of a game. It has surprisingly banging speedtech

I can't believe I'm saying this. I actually found a new speedrun skip for Duke Nukem Forever. I managed to clip through a wall skipping one of the games forced combat sections.

My buddy has been gifting me copies of Duke Nukem Forever for the last decade or so and I have an absurd amount of Dukes. This inspired my dumbest idea yet.

Dead Rising 2 Off The Record A New Destiny had over 200 Survivors to save and felt extremely frantic at times.

We saved every single one of them and finally beat the mod!
