- Sports leagues who sign sports gambling deals for advertising purposes. Children are subjected to those ads, displayed by the leagues themselves. This is what New York is teaching children. Most sports leagues in North America have offices in New York.

- Trading card scalpers, who buy as much product as they can to prey on the same customers. Some even manipulate product to pull valuable cards and replace them with less valuable cards and resell, which increases the value of their scam, as well as the value of the cards they take.

I'd like to you, the State of New York, to go after:
- Trading card, collectable card, sports card companies for deceptive marketing to children regarding rare cards. Wizards of the Coast, Pokemon Company and Fanatics are all making millions. Packs of cards are loot boxes, by your legal definition.

Going after Valve is a drop in the bucket. Gambling is a problem in the United States, and your state. You have gambling ads all over pro sports. The New York Knicks are sponsored by BetMGM. The Rangers are sponsored by DraftKings. This didn't just fall into your lap. Do something. Don't cherry pick

I'm shocked, literally shocked, that parents allow their children to buy loot boxes and gamble. While I'm okay with you going after ALL VIDEO GAME DEVELOPERS, not just Valve, for this addictive and harmful practice of selling loot boxes, I want you to focus on a bigger problem: education.
