Made with garbanzo beans, grapes, cherry tomatoes, red onion, green apple, slivered almonds, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, parsley, salt & pepper. Served between slices of rye bread.
Very tasty! 😋

This week's recipe is potato salad. Made with Yukon gold potatoes, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, dill, and salt.
They weren't that good, I should have boiled the potatoes longer, and cut them up more, and maybe a little less vinegar. Ah well. I definitely commend the great potato salads out there.

For me I do it about once every couple of weeks. More if I have multiple outdoor events, less during the colder months when people won't be seeing me.
I recommend an electric razor. I bought mine from a company called Manscaped.

Here's the recipe

This week's recipe is banana bread.
Made with flour, sugar, egg, grapeseed oil, agave nectar, baking soda, salt, coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg, and chopped walnuts.
I baked it at 350 degrees for 20 mins, then at 275 for 75 mins.
Enjoyed with a cup of coffee in my purple fox mug.
Scrumptious! 😋

Announcement that Late Show with Stephen Colbert has been canceled

I am just numb right now. My favorite late night show that I look forward to every night has been canceled.
I went to a taping earlier this year (circled blue), got to see the filming process in person, and how the final product on TV ended up. I enjoyed the experience so much.

This week's recipe is two types of savory toast.
One is made with cherry tomatoes, onions, avocado oil, garlic, sherry vinegar, salt & pepper.
The other is made with mushrooms, garlic, avocado oil, garlic, herbs, yogurt, lemon juice, & pepper.
Both on rye toast.
Both were delicious!

The recipe called for spraying the dish with a maple syrup and soy sauce combo. First time I used a spray bottle in cooking!
