This week's recipe is Mushroom & Walnut Ragu.
Made with spaghetti, mushrooms, walnuts, tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, tamari, thyme, oregano, nutritional yeast, salt & pepper. Topped with parsley flakes.
Very tasty pasta dish! Felt the crunch of the walnuts in the sauce. Seasonings a nice touch

Oh cool! And I found out about a couple others on this day as well!

I saw the new season of Wednesday, and I have to say, I don't just think it's one of the best shows on Netflix, I think it's one of the best shows period.

I saw KPop Demon Hunters, and I see what all the hype was about it's so good!
And on top of that, the vocal group that sings the songs went on the Tonight Show and found out the soundtrack went Platinum!

This week's recipe is Impossible Beef in a fig-orange glaze. Made with juice of an orange, fig preserves, soy sauce, agave nectar, and orange zest (made from peeling the top layer of the orange peel).
Server with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
The glaze was delicious! Loved it

Technically it's a beer cheese dip recipe, I just didn't want to get in trouble for serving something with alcohol to my coworkers during the work day 😄

I brought to work for a tailgating event (hence the football themed platter).
The pretzels were ok, probably should have been rolled thinner or baked longer. The cheeze dip was pretty good. Not quite the consistency of melted cheese, but pretty close. 2/3
