3: "Daddy, my bandaid is puh-po!"
Me: "Oh, it's PURR-ple? That's great!"
3: "Actually I can hay it very well. You don't need to teach me."
Well, at least I had already updated my immunization related smartphrases from "...per CDC guidelines" to "...per AAP guidelines" so I don't have to do that all over again

@askrenal.bsky.social How does the pricing of genetic testing in Mexico compare to the US? E.g., for Renasight or something comparable, or for individual genes.
If a patient is about to move out of the US, would they be better off $$ wise getting genetic testing done now or waiting until they move?
It appears their mad food scientists are already very hard at work

They recently changed our grab and go meals to a new company that is not afraid of a little sodium.
I wasn't going to say anything but this wrap is 1.2% sodium by weight. Do we have to draw the line somewhere?
205 g wrap, 450 calories, 2460 mg sodium

Mechanism for CCB not as well understood as with phenytoin (even though that is far from complete). Still interesting, and might be worth trying in someone if unable to discontinue amlodipine for whatever reason.
