c. Anarchy Background of Defend the Atlanta Forest Anarchy is a philosophy that is opposed to forms of authority or hierarchy. It has several branches with large, oblong, serrated green leaves and is about 4 feet tall. The second sapling is very tiny and stunted because it was under such a thick mat of weeds. It’s only got a few leaves and is about 2 feet tall.
