Good health news. My cholesterol and prefiabetes are now reversed. I still have NAFLD but I'm working on lowering my AST and ALT levels. I think between my weight loss (120kg to 113kg since June 1st 2025 - 7th Aug), cpap, trt and low fodmap diet it's all righting itself.
