I just took a good long look at the Mexican flag for the first time in my life and, damn: hardcore.

I’ve always treated my book choices like prescription medication. I’m not saying that it’s a good approach, but it is my approach. If you feel like you might need a book prescription for these past few weeks (and the weeks to come) Joseph Brodsky’s “Less Than One” and “Grief and Reason.”
