Before I get blasted, she's a Filipino, who is obviously not white. She just received her permanent visa/green card and social security card. Imagine being in the US for the first time and seeing what ICE is doing to immigrants, legal or not. I'm embarrassed and enraged.

My daughter-in-law is back in Bahrain. My son has her back with him now that things have quieted down. I hated that he was by himself during all that.

She's much safer over there instead of in the US, anyway. 😔 I was terrified we were going to get the call she was detained.

Just watched Sinners. What a great movie! When I hear a hyped up movie like this, I'm always disappointed. Not this one. I loved it.
No spoilers but I've watched so many horror movies that I wasn't expecting that post pre-credit scene play out like it did. Wonderful. 🤌
