RIP Wayne Proctor, We The People lead guitarist and writer of some of the greatest garage/psych tracks, 'My Brother, The Man', 'You Burn Me Up And Down', 'Mirror Of Your Mind' and this monster. That sounds isn't a sitar, it's a home made octachord and Wayne played it.
