ok i ran a test bc it wasnt cold anymore baking at 350 and it didnt go over 375 so i think we're good. the other one went up to over 500 in 5 mins lmao. gonna be anxious about baking for weeks tho but i have a thermometer now so at least i can see

i can't test it tonight bc it got too cold from outside air but im hoping this is the last of oven troubles. please.
