Trump Administration Has Detained and Deported US Citizens as Part of Mass Deportation Actions The report doesn’t include a definitive list, meaning there are likely many more examples of citizens being detained.

At least seven U.S. citizens, including children, have been detained, deported or otherwise targeted by the Trump administration’s mass deportation campaign. Some individuals were detained despite showing identification demonstrating their citizenship status.

A reminder that if the government can send migrants to a prison camp without any due process, it can send U.S. citizens there, too. I know because this happened to me and my family in 1942.

I guess anarchism is not as impractical as I used to think, because if we're getting by with a government that is actively trying to destroy the country, we'd probably do even better with no government at all.
