Most aren’t empowered to say that. I think having conversations about how a coach spends their time with admin would help coaches feel empowered to say that when situations arise

We have to help coaches learn to protect the time they have
But I learned that success isn’t just about a great plan—it’s about trust, mindset shifts, and creating a culture where coaching is support, not scrutiny.
