That is a surprise. Wealthy families often have someone who served as an officer or had someone who was in need of some discipline or order in their lives or...something. DIdn't realize they were that completely disconnected from the military.

Curious if anybody knows who Donald Trump's closest relative is who could potentially end up on the front lines if he manages to start another war. He's got a kid who's exactly the right age to enlist and volunteer for combat, but I'll bet that subject never comes up at the dinner table.

RIP legendary DC Comics colorist TATJANA WOOD who just passed away at age 99. Tatjana had decades long runs on OUR AT WAR/SGT. ROCK and SWAMP THING, and in 1973 succeeded Jack Adler as cover colorist. Tatjana colored almost all of DC's covers from '73 until the end of 1983 when the covers were split between the two of us, with Tatjana coloring the westerns, war and mystery/horror covers while I did most of the superhero titles.
