my timeline currently looks like 2017 tumblr and i don’t know whether to feel nostalgic or scared

i do understand that sentiment to an extent because this fandom has a particularly hard time handling topics like abuse earnestly, but something like lestat nearly dying of pneumonia because he got hoodwinked by a bodysnatcher and refused to take care of his human body is objectively hilarious

a lot of people in the fandom block liberally but i find lestat fans in particular to be divas which… yeah that makes sense. do whatever to protect your peace but (coming from the resident lestat lover) it becomes a Little funny when it’s over treating fictional characters like human beings

whenever someone like that blocks me it makes me laugh. i implore you, tell me what the last straw was. what was it that i said that really sent you over the edge? 💀
