Should add - trying to finish multiple WIPs before I use this sweater yarn. Yes, the shame is real 😅

Been there, done that. Bonus - was cleaning up my place and found a bin with three (3) batches of sweater-quantity yarn! When I post a project on Ravelry I’ll always note if it’s a “stashbuster” so I can feel better about using it up. Currently on a yarn diet but often failing 🧶 🧶

Loved that version. And the song “The Hungry Years” - hauntingly beautiful. When I was a teen, I had the Neil Sedaka Songbook and played these on the piano - never quite achieving his mastery, but I tried. “Breaking Up” was so much fun to play (the slow version, of course 😉)

I often have a few on the go: one for TV-watching, one that’s more challenging, and then another because I like it. Then I don’t finish one - and start another. And so it goes 🤣
I did pull out one that was in time-out for maybe two years? Took a different approach to it, finished it and love it now

Another great flick on Tubi is Hundreds of Beavers - very clever indie B&W film that harkens back to Charlie Chaplin and Looney Tunes-style animation. Done with a very small budget (much spent on beaver costumes 🦫 🦫 🦫)
